Chicken Tortilla Pastry
Used Materials
2 pieces of boiled chicken breast (chopped)
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 pinch of curry
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
6 mini tortilla bread
2 cups YENİ BAHAR SUNFLOWER OIL
Preparation
When the chickens darken, boil them with water. You can add peppercorns and bay leaf to flavor your chickens while boiling.
Strain the boiled chicken and cool.
Pickle the cooled chickens.
Put the chickens in a bowl and add the mayonnaise.
Add curry, salt and pepper and mix well.
Apply the mortar you prepared for the mini tortillas and wrap them in a roll.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Strain the excess water and serve with the sauce you want.
